This was my first time at ASA and was referred to them by my dentist because I needed a tooth extracted asap. They got me in next day! When I arrived, all the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Damaris was assisting the doctor with my extraction. She was super nice and comforting during the process, which is always appreciated and made sure I understood all and any after care as well. Dr.Kim did an amazing job. Usually my teeth break when being pulled but Dr.Kim took her time and was able to get it out without breaking the tooth (which was already broken mind you).She had a very calm presence that made me feel comfortable right away and made the process so easy. She told me all of what to expect before and during the treatment which eased any concerns I had. I will definitely be coming here for any future oral surgery needs!

For years, I had put off having oral surgery because I was fearful of the pain and length of recovery. I am so glad I went to Dr Jeong to finally get it done. He and his staff have incredible bedside manners and made me feel comfortable throughout the surgery. His office was thoughtful and prompt with following up post-surgery. The surgery was much easier for me than I anticipated, and recovery was a breeze, which I attribute to the skill and care used throughout the procedure.
