Highly recommend ASA, kind, pleasant they make a bad situation nice

Excellent experience. I particularly like that the financial person came into the room to discuss cost rather than doing this at the front desk. Nice touch.

Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to! I had my top two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kim, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The front desk staff were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and Dr. Kim was incredibly reassuring and patient with me. I was really nervous beforehand because of all the videos I’d watched, but everything went smoothly. The actual removal took less than 10 minutes, and I opted for local anesthesia. Dr. Kim and her assistant talked to me throughout the entire procedure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Afterwards, I felt completely fine. I was a little sore for about a week, but the healing process went perfectly. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an oral surgeon, they’re amazing!!

I have a severe fear of dentists but they made my extraction go as smoothly as possible. They made me feel very comfortable and I can't recommend them enough.

Incredible experience start to finish. Plenty parking when I called. I got an appointment at the very next day. The staff was amazing. Help reassure me I have terrible anxiety. They were very nice even offered a stress ball. Waiting room is beautiful relaxing music playing. I had Nikki for an assistant. She was wonderful. Listen to me help calm me explain what was gonna happen. Then Dr Kim came in, gave me numbing medicine than the needle. I didn’t even feel it. She proceeded to pull my tooth. I was in the chair less than 20 minutes. I had one large molar that needed to be pulled that was sideways And infected. I had minimal bleeding. She packed the tooth and I had a few stitches. That was yesterday, today I have no bleeding, I almost can’t tell where the cuts were. The swelling is pretty much nonexistent and I’m only using Advil for pain which is minimal.

I 1000% would recommend this place. It’s clean inside. The people are kind. They made it a very good experience.

Great from the appointment setting right through to the procedure. Felt at ease the entire time. Would highly recommend Dr Kim.

I wish I never had to go to this place but I
did because I was in a lot of pain. I wasted the prior day at aspirin dental and on this day I was referred by another dentist who half way through my procedure realized he was in over his head, and to his credit he sent me to this oral surgeon.
I finally arrived at ASA in miserable state of pain and fairly disenchanted with the whole dental profession. The staff did a good job of ignoring my crankiness and helping me through all the paperwork and preparation and in not much time Dr. Kinney came in and very confidently finished up the job that had stumped the previous dentist I saw. Badda-bing!!!! The healing began immediately and the pain faded quickly.
Confident, kind, and the skills to back up that confidence. That was my impression of the entire operation at ASA and I would absolutely recommend them to the people I care about the most.

Wonderful experience here. From the admintrative staff to the doctor, I felt very cared for. I was extremely anxious about my procedure and they were very understanding, respectful and reassuring. They explained every step along the way. The clinic is extremely clean and welcoming (I love the seasonal tree in the reception area). They offer a nice selection of beverages in the waiting room-great for those who are waiting for someone having a procedure done. I highly recommend Dr. Kinney. She was amazing as well as her staff!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was explained to me thoroughly at my consult. The staff was amazing and Dr.Kinney called to check how I was doing the day after my surgery. I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!

We all know that going to any surgeon is scary but when you add oral to that title it makes it more! This review is for my husbands care he received at ASA; what an amazing team they have at their Portsmouth office, they made Michael and myself comfortable all the while explaining the process with ease and professionalism. We have complete faith in having others who need oral surgery, come and see these brilliant people at ASA and they understand a Veterans needs. I was blessed at being the first for community care which they handled with ease.

Dental procedures can be very scary and cause anxiety. From the moment I spoke with the office on the phone and at ever appointment I felt very comfortable and relax. Everyone was amazing. Dr. Kinney is amazing!!!

Dr Kinney and her staff were excellent to deal with making sure you felt comfortable from beginning to end. Most definitely would recommend to anyone.
